To make a reservation you can complete the reservation request form on the website or you can call 540-877-0040.

Reservations are made on a first come, first serve basis.  We recommend you make your reservation as soon as you know your event date and the equipment you would like to rent. Reservations made on short notice (24-48 hours) prior to your event date may incur and additional $25 last minute surcharge.

We deliver the inflatable and accessories and set up the equipment in the designated area to ensure proper setup and your safety.

We make every effort to ensure that everyone has the most time with their inflatable.  We begin making deliveries early in the morning and pick ups late into the evening.  Please provide event start/end times when making your reservation, this will help in making the delivery schedule.

Once the delivery schedule is made, you will be contacted the evening prior to your event to be given a delivery time window.  A responsible adult is expected to be present for the delivery.

We will deliver to most areas.  Delivery within 15 miles of our Winchester, Virginia location is free.  Delivery beyond 15 miles will incur an additional fee of $3 per mile round trip.  To see if you are in our free delivery area, please provide the full address of your event location via email or phone.

This will depend on the size of the unit(s) you rent.  Please refer to the unit homepage for dimensions provided with each unit picture.  Please allow for several additional feet around the unit.  It is important that the area where you plan to use the inflatable has less than a 5% grade.  If you are unsure about your area, please contact us.

Our inflatables can be used indoors or outdoors.  Inflatables cannot be set up near pools.  Inflatables can be used at parks; you are responsible for obtaining any permission that is required.  Appropriate surfaces for inflatables are level paved or grass surfaces.  The area where you want to use the inflatable must have less than a 5% grade.  If you are unsure about your area, please contact us.

To properly support an inflatable, the power source must be within 100 feet, if not, a generator is needed.  Unless multiple power sources on different circuits are available, when renting multiple units, we recommend using a generator.

Our inflatables are constructed of commercial grade high quality fire retardant material reinforced with triple stitching at the seams.  Inflation is provided by a fully enclosed blower motor that must be within 100 feet of a power source.  Additionally, we maintain advanced certification and membership with SIOTO, the safe inflatable  organization.  We are also a full licensed and insured company.

We will provide chaperones for an additional fee of $20/hour on multiple unit rentals.  Number of chaperones will be determined by Air It Up Amusements and will be based on the type and number of units rented.

A deposit of $50 per unit is required.  Deposits may be made by check and must be received within 48 hours of reservation to confirm your rental.  Reservations are not confirmed until a deposit is received. 

We accept cash and check payments.  Deposits are required at the time of reservation request and payment in full may be made at the time of delivery.  Returned check fee is $35.

Deposits will not be refunded if cancellation is made within 7 days of the event date.

We will not set up inflatables in conditions of high winds, excessive rain, or muddy conditions.  Because the weather may be variable from one town to the next or periods of light showers are forecasted, we ask that you stay informed of the weather forecast, just as we will, as the rental may still take place.  We offer a rain check policy.  If you should decide to cancel due to weather, you are responsible for notifying us no later than 8:00am on the event day.  At that time you may receive a rain check that allows you to transfer your deposit towards a rental on an alternate date.  If notification is not received prior to the start of the scheduled deliveries and you do not wish to rent the inflatable, you may not receive a rain check.

You are responsible for proper supervision during the rental (unless your rental includes a paid chaperone).  You are responsible for remaining with the unit at all times until we return at the designated time to remove the unit.  You are responsible to ensure no inappropriate items are in or around the unit as provided in the safety agreement.  You, as the renter, are responsible for the safety of all participants and the care of the equipment. Should the unit require additional setup and clean up you will be responsible for an additional cleaning fee per unit.  Additional cleaning requirements will be determined at the time of unit pick up.  Excessive water may be a cause for additional cleaning fee.
